How do I place a custom order?

Simply add the hat to your cart and include your logo or design details in the order notes. Our team will reach out to confirm your specifications before production begins.

What file format should I use for my logo?

We recommend high-resolution PNG or SVG files for the best results. If you're unsure, send us what you have and we'll let you know if it works.

How long does production take?

All orders are processed within 1–10 business days. Fully custom orders will receive an email with a shipping estimate once your order is reviewed and ready to ship.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United States only.

Can I make changes to my order after placing it?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes. Once production has started, we may not be able to accommodate modifications.

What if my hat arrives damaged or defective?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
